About Path of Exile 2

Path of Exile 2 is a free-to-play MMORPG developed and published by Grinding Gear Games. The sequel to 2013’s Path of Exile, the game launches in paid Early Access on Windows PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and Series S at 11am PST on December 6, 2024.

Like the original, Path of Exile 2 is a top-down action-RPG that allows up to six players to play cooperatively. Set several years after the events of the original Path of Exile, you’ll return to the dark world of Wraeclast to try to put an end to the spreading corruption. Players will traverse the deadly continent of Wraeclast and experience a variety of immersive cultures as they battle against various forms of evil, including fighting Corrupted abominations and Divine creations, all of which have skills that can be combined. In Path of Exile 2, all you have to do is choose your own skills, wear the equipment of your choice, and build a powerful build with a unique combat style to clear all evil enemies and completely change the fate of Wraeclast!

1. New Campaign

Path Of Exile 2 Patch 0.2.0: Dawn Of The Hunt League

For the first time since the release of Path of Exile 2 Early Access, GGG plans to give it a major content update and bring new classes, Ascendancy system, Unique Items, and endgame improvements to the game. • New Class - The Huntress: In Dawn of the Hunt, GGG introduces the first new class since Early Access - Huntress, a spear-wielding Azmeri warrior. As a dexterous spear user, she excels in melee and ranged combat, running back and forth in combat.
• Ascendancy System Extension: 5 new Ascendancy classes have been added in patch 0.2.0. In addition to the two new Huntress classes, Ritualist and Amazon, they also added new Ascendancy for three other existing classes: Lich (Witch), Smith of Kitava (Warrior) and Tactician (Mercenary).
