There are only three acts to explore in the much-loved Path of Exile 2 Early Access, but there are plenty of story quests and bosses to fight. Doryani in the last act is the final boss of the entire Early Access, as you can defeat it and then play the more challenging Cruel Difficulty game.
Doryani is more difficult than all the bosses in the regular difficulty, even if you are a skilled Exile who has completed all three acts and has a very powerful build.
