ExileCon 2026 Schedule and Highlights | PoE 3.30, PoE 2 1.0, and Live Demos
ExileCon 2026 will take place in Auckland on November 6–7, Pacific Time, with players eagerly anticipating the reveal of Path of Exile 3.30 and the latest development updates for Path of Exile 2.
In addition to new content for both games, the official team has prepared racing events, Twitch Drops, and more than 60 new themed merchandise items.

On-Site Activities
Across the two days of ExileCon 2026, the official team has prepared a wide range of on-site activities. As at previous ExileCon events, attendees will be able to experience unreleased game content firsthand on dedicated demo stations and provide feedback directly to the development team.
However, the content available for testing may not necessarily be included in the final releases of PoE 3.30 or PoE 2. It could even feature content from much later stages of development.
For example, Druid showcased at ExileCon 2023 did not launch until 2025. This time, the on-site demos might offer an early look at previously unannounced classes such as Shadow or Templar.
Live Gameplay
Top Path of Exile and Path of Exile 2 racers will compete in the live finals across both days of the convention. The official team will also host meet-and-greet sessions featuring popular streamers and content creators.
A dedicated streamer stage will also be available, where attendees can watch their live reactions to major announcements or join them for hands-on gameplay sessions. Perhaps the developers will even give attendees an early glimpse of what they have been cooking up.
Merchandise
On-site attendees will receive exclusive early access to more than 60 new themed merchandise items, including T-shirts, pins, keycaps, posters, and plush toys. Please note that the merchandise store will not accept cash. Only credit cards, debit cards, and New Zealand EFTPOS cards will be accepted.
You can also participate in an exclusive, on-site Path of Exile trading card game experience available only at ExileCon. Challenge the developers to a match, earn better loot through battles, and take on bosses.
Online Activities
Only ticket holders will have access to the on-site activities at ExileCon 2026. For most players around the world, watching the livestream will be the primary way to learn about the upcoming announcements.
Path of Exile 3.30

Path of Exile 3.30 will be fully revealed during ExileCon 2026 livestream. The official team might even release the patch notes shortly after the broadcast ends. The new League is scheduled to launch on November 13.
One confirmed detail is the return of Harbingers. They were removed in patch 3.27, when the official team promised they would eventually return, but they were absent from PoE 3.29.
During an official Q&A session, the team hinted that Harbingers would return before the end of the year. This makes 3.30 a likely candidate to feature Harbingers as major enemies or a central League mechanic. It could also introduce an updated version of Harbinger system.
Many players have also reported that they often need to build an extremely powerful character before they can farm PoE currency efficiently. The developers intend to address this issue in PoE 3.30.
The team plans to review every endgame League mechanic and introduce new content for each one. This could mean a comprehensive overhaul of Scarabs or a fundamental change to how a particular mechanic works.
The developers have also explicitly acknowledged that endgame content no longer provides enough of a challenge for top-tier builds and has become stale, particularly for players with highly optimized characters. They have made it clear that this is a problem they want to solve.
Interviews have also revealed a long-term goal of eventually giving every major League mechanic its own pinnacle boss. These bosses would be associated with corresponding Bloodline Ascendancies, although it remains unclear whether any of this content will be showcased at ExileCon 2026.
Path of Exile 2 1.0

The timing of 3.30 is unusual because it falls between ExileCon and the release of Path of Exile 2 version 1.0. In other words, PoE 2 1.0 is expected to arrive roughly one month after the launch of 3.30.
With GTA 6 and WoW Forever launching around the same period, the timing of PoE 3.30 is particularly awkward. Meanwhile, the 1.0 release will clearly require the entire team to focus on getting everything right. A 1.0 launch is a one-time opportunity, and the developers cannot afford to get it wrong.
The main objective for version 1.0 is to add the final two acts of the main campaign, Acts 5 and 6, completing the overall storyline. The Interlude content, which served as a temporary bridge during Early Access, will be removed. Its associated events will no longer be considered canon, although some of its monsters may remain as map bosses.
Path of Exile 1 has 10 Acts, but Acts 6–10 largely reuse areas and environments from Acts 1–5. From a narrative perspective, the main difference is the timeline in which the events take place.
PoE 2 has a shorter main campaign, so it is unlikely to follow PoE 1's approach of reusing acts. A shorter campaign also allows players to reach the endgame more quickly.
Duelist and sword-based weapons should be available for hands-on testing at ExileCon 2026. Duelist will have dedicated Ascendancy classes, although not every detail of its Ascendancy branches may be fully implemented in version 1.0.
Ranger's Arcane Archer and Druid's Mystery Ascendancy might also make an appearance at ExileCon 2026.
This possibility is supported by the official team's previous statement that every class should have a complete Ascendancy loadout by version 1.0. Players had expected these options to arrive in patch 0.5.0 or 0.5.5, but neither update delivered them.
When new players select a skill, the game recommends Uncut Support Gems that they can use to customize it. However, a considerable number of these recommendations are not actually suitable for the selected skill.
The official team has acknowledged the issue and is expected to overhaul both the recommendation system and the support gems themselves for version 1.0.
The official team may focus ExileCon 2026 primarily on the December release of PoE 2 1.0. Meanwhile, PoE 3.30 might bring back popular legacy mechanics that generate strong engagement, such as Mirage mechanic, to maintain player interest. After all, another major game is scheduled to launch in November.

Welcome to POECURRENCY.com! To show our appreciation for your continued trust and support, we are proud to launch the all-new POECURRENCY Points System. This system is designed to offer you richer rewards and a more cost-effective shopping experience.
Whether you are a new user placing your first order or a returning customer looking to optimize your gaming budget, this comprehensive guide covers every aspect of the points system—including earning rules, redemption limits, and refund calculation formulas. You'll find answers to all the key information regarding the new system right here.
Points System Requirements
First, please note that POECURRENCY points system is available exclusively to registered and logged-in users. If you do not have a registered account, you will not earn points, even if you have previously made significant purchases on the platform. So, register and log in to your account now to learn more about the rules and ways to save!
How to Earn Points: Rules and Rates
There are two main ways to earn points on POECURRENCY.com: daily check-ins and making purchases.
Daily Check-in Points
Log in to your POECURRENCY account and check in daily to earn reward points. The longer your consecutive check-in streak, the more points you earn:
- Day 1: 8 points
- Day 2: 10 points
- Day 3 and beyond: A fixed 12 points per day for consecutive check-ins.
Please note that if you miss a day and break your streak, your consecutive check-in record will reset. The next check-in cycle will start over from Day 1 (8 points).
The daily check-in reset time is strictly based on the time zone of the server where your POECURRENCY account is registered. To avoid interrupting your streak due to network latency or missing the daily reset window, we strongly recommend completing your daily check-in as early as possible while connected to a stable network.
Check-in Access
POECURRENCY offers multiple ways to check in, allowing you to do so at any time without disrupting your shopping experience:
1. Head to "My Account" → "Check in." You can complete the check-in by clicking the current date on the calendar or "Check In Today" button below it.
2. On the "My Orders," "Personal Settings," or "My Coupon" page, simply click "Check In Today" button to quickly check in.
3. Click the "Check In & Save More" banner on the homepage to quickly access the check-in page.
4. Click "Check In Today" button on VIP member page to check in immediately and receive your points.
Points for Completed Orders
In addition to daily check-in rewards, we award points for every eligible order placed on POECURRENCY based on the subtotal amount.
Points Reward Rate: $1 spent = 1 point
Rounding Rule: Order amounts with decimals are rounded to the nearest whole number. For example, an order totaling $41.56 will earn 42 points.
Please note that points are only awarded for orders with a subtotal of $5 or more. This means that if you place multiple small orders under $5, your point balance will remain zero; it is better to combine them into a single order to maximize your points.
Points earned through orders are automatically credited to your account balance only after the order status is updated to "Completed."
Exclusive Perk for New Users (10x Points Reward)
POECURRENCY offers a special welcome benefit for all newly registered users: earn 10 times the points on your first order. For instance, if your first order totals $5, you will receive 50 points.
Similarly, this first-order benefit also requires an order subtotal of at least $5. If your first purchase is under $5, you will not earn any points, and you will lose your first-order privilege. Therefore, it is advisable to gather more items and place a larger order to maximize the value of this 10x points reward.
Please note that to prevent abuse and system exploitation, the 10x first-order points are not credited immediately at checkout. Points will be added to your account within 24 hours of successful order delivery, following verification that there are no refund requests or fraud flags.
Point Value, Validity, and Expiration Rules
100 Points = $1
The primary use of POECURRENCY points is to offset a portion of the cash cost during checkout, thereby reducing the total amount payable. Every 100 points can offset $1 USD; in other words, 1 point is equivalent to $0.01 USD.
However, the points themselves hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn. Additionally, points earned cannot be transferred between different accounts.
90-Day Rolling Validity
Please note that points do not increase in value the longer they are held, as they are not valid indefinitely. They have a validity period of 90 days, calculated on a rolling basis starting from the day they are credited to your account.
For example, points credited on Day 1 will expire on Day 91. The specific timing for rolling expiration depends on the time zone of the server where your account is registered.
To the right of your check-in calendar, you can view the acquisition time and corresponding expiration date for each batch of points. This helps you manage your point balance effectively and avoid expiration.
Point Deduction and Discount Stacking Rules
Point Deduction Thresholds and Limits
To balance benefits across different orders, the maximum point deduction is tiered based on the order subtotal:
| Order Subtotal | Max Points Deduction |
|---|---|
| $5.00 - $39.99 | 7% |
| $40.00 - $99.99 | 9% |
| $100.00+ | 11% |
Note: Orders with a subtotal below $5.00 are ineligible for earning or redeeming points.
Important Notes:
- Only successfully completed orders are eligible to receive an equivalent amount of points. Irregular orders—including those that are actively canceled, suspected of fraud, or fully refunded—are excluded from point issuance.
- Points for first orders will not be credited immediately; they will be issued within 24 hours after the order is successfully delivered, provided no refund has occurred.
- If a partial refund occurs on an order where points have already been issued, the system will deduct the corresponding points and return the consumed points based on the refund amount, rounded to the nearest integer: Returned Points = Consumed Points × (Refund Amount / Total Purchase Amount)
- Points can be combined with VIP discounts.
- Points cannot be combined with coupons.
- Points cannot be redeemed for discount codes.
- Points cannot be withdrawn.
- Points cannot be transferred between different accounts.
- POECurrency.com reserves the right of final interpretation.
Discount Stacking Rules
POECURRENCY offers various promotional methods, but rules regarding the stacking of different offers vary.
Point Deduction + VIP Discount: Supported
Point deductions can be used in conjunction with your current VIP tier discount. This means VIP members can enjoy their tier discount while also using points to further offset the order amount, resulting in greater overall savings.
Point Deduction + Discount Codes: Not Supported
Points cannot be combined or stacked with discount codes within the same order. At checkout, you must choose between using a coupon and using points for the deduction.
Order Exceptions, Refunds, and Point Calculations
We handle point adjustments related to order cancellations, partial refunds, and anti-fraud reviews strictly according to the following guidelines:
Abnormal Orders
Points will not be issued or credited for exceptional or incomplete orders, nor will points consumed by such orders be refunded. This applies to, but is not limited to:
- Orders voluntarily cancelled by the user.
- Orders flagged for or suspected of fraud.
- Orders that have been fully refunded.
Platform-Fault Exception
If a full refund is issued because POECURRENCY was unable to successfully deliver the order due to an internal issue, all points consumed for that order will be immediately returned to your account.
Partial Refunds
If a partial refund occurs due to special circumstances, we will deduct the corresponding reward points you would have earned based on the refund ratio and return the corresponding consumed points (rounded to the nearest whole number).
Calculation Formula: Returned Points = Consumed Points × (Refund Amount / Total Purchase Amount)
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1. Can I create multiple POECurrency accounts and place small-value orders to repeatedly claim the 10 × New Customer Points promotion?
A: No. POECurrency strictly prohibits the creation or use of multiple accounts, technical manipulation, fraudulent transactions, or any other abusive activity intended to obtain New Customer benefits.
To protect the integrity of the promotion, all qualifying first orders are subject to our anti-fraud and risk-control procedures. The 10× New Customer Points will only be credited after the order has been successfully fulfilled and has passed our automated anti-fraud review, which may take up to 24 hours.
If our risk-control systems detect multiple accounts associated with the same IP address, device, payment account, or other suspicious account relationships, or identify any other attempts to abuse the promotion, POECurrency reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the related accounts and revoke all associated promotional benefits and points.
Q2. I just registered an account and placed a first order for a small $4.90 item. Since the order was below the $5 minimum, I didn't receive any points. I then placed a second order for $50. Why doesn't my second order qualify for the 10× New Customer Points? Since I didn't receive any points from my first order, shouldn't the second order be considered my "valid first order"?
A: No. Under POECurrency's New Customer Points policy, the New Customer First Order is determined strictly by the first successfully paid order placed on your account, regardless of the order value or whether that order earns points.
The $5 minimum is a separate eligibility requirement for earning points. Orders with a subtotal below $5 do not generate any points, but they still count as the account's first order and therefore do not make a subsequent order eligible for the 10× New Customer Points promotion.
For this reason, we strongly recommend that new customers combine their intended purchases into a single first order whenever possible, particularly when making a higher-value purchase, to maximize the benefits available under the 10× New Customer Points promotion.
Q3: Can I transfer the VIP 5 benefits from my existing account to a newly created account and start accumulating points through daily check-ins?
A: No. To ensure account security and maintain fairness across the platform, VIP status and points are tied exclusively to the account on which they were earned.
In accordance with our account security policies, VIP status, points, and other account-specific benefits cannot be transferred, combined, or gifted between accounts.
Q4: I currently have 352 points. If I place a $41.56 order and redeem all 352 points for a $3.52 discount, then receive a partial refund of $16.22, how many points will I have remaining?
A: Your original $41.56 order earns 42 points. Following the partial refund of $16.22, the system will deduct 16 points, calculated by rounding the refund amount to the nearest whole point. Therefore, the points earned from this order will be: 42 − 16 = 26 points.
In addition, the points redeemed for the order will be partially restored based on the following calculation:
Points Redeemed × (Refund Amount / Original Purchase Amount)
In this case, 137 points will be restored.
Therefore, your final point balance will be: 137 + 26 = 163 points
Final Balance: 163 Points
Q5: If my order status shows "Completed", can I still request a refund? Will my points be refunded?
A: If POECurrency has successfully completed the delivery, and you have confirmed the order as completed, we are unable to accept refund requests. Any points redeemed for the order will also not be refunded.
However, if the service cannot be fulfilled due to reasons attributable to POECurrency, such as the relevant in-game items being out of stock, we will refund the redeemed points proportionally to the refunded order amount.
Q6: What happens if I am unable to check in due to a website issue and lose points because my check-in streak is interrupted?
A: We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Daily check-in eligibility resets according to a specific time based on the server's designated time zone. If your check-in is interrupted due to network latency, failure to check in before the daily reset, or other user-side circumstances, the system will strictly apply the automatic reset rules. We recommend completing your daily check-in as early as possible and ensuring a stable network connection.
However, if a widespread server outage or technical failure on POECurrency's side is confirmed to have caused the issue, POECurrency will issue a site-wide points compensation announcement after the issue has been resolved. Customer support representatives are not authorized to manually adjust individual users' check-in streaks or days. We appreciate your understanding.
